IDOL Academy is a self-paced learning community that provides guidance, community and support for current or aspiring learning designers. I'm proud to be part of the community and to have been given the opportunity to serve as a mentor for other community members.
As a mentor, I design and lead weekly group mentoring workshops via Zoom. During these sessions, attendees have a chance to reflect on their accomplishments and goals, chat 1:1 with fellow members of the community, and ask questions to help in the pursuit of their learning design goals.
