I worked with Workology.com to create a completely new course for LEARN, Workology's online training platform for HR professionals. Using LearnDash LMS for Wordpress and PowerPoint, I created a short course called "How to Design a Training that Sticks," which was focused on helping HR professionals learn the basics of instructional design. I designed the course according to requirements from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), so that all learners who complete the course are eligible to receive continuing education credit from these organizations. 
The project was completed under the supervision of a Purdue professor, who ensured that all aspects of the project were consistent with best practices for online learning design.
